This year’s annual Hamden High School Symposium of Sound concert will take place on January 30th at 7:00pm in the auditorium.
For those of you who don’t know, the Symposium of Sound is a student-run musical production organized by the Tri-M Music Honors Society. This year’s theme is outer space, and the show will feature songs such as Fly Me to the Moon, Rocket Man, and music from Guardians of the Galaxy. Music students from around the school will perform as soloists and in small groups, including the Jazz Orchestra. Admission is free, and we encourage anyone who is interested in experiencing music and supporting our music students to come!
The Tri-M Music Honors Society will also be hosting a bake sale outside the auditorium during the show to raise money for the music department, so they can put on more productions like this in the future. Any support is greatly appreciated!
