Family University will take place on Saturday, October 18th, 2014 from 9:00 to 2:00 at Hamden Middle School Families play an important (essential!) role in the education of students. With this in mind, the Hamden Family University has been created. Hamden Family University is a chance for parents, grandparents and others involved in raising their children to learn about topics related to parenting and educating children, as well as increase their own skills in areas like computer use, personal finance and accessing resources in our community. Worried about younger kids? Don’t worry, free child care will be offered while you attend sessions at Family University, but you must register in advance!
