On Thursday, February 21st, the Lady Dragons Basketball team made HHS history by winning their first Southern Connecticut Conference. The Southern Connecticut Conference is a regional association for high school sports. One of the founders of the SCC Peter Young, former executive director of ACES, extends his congratulations to the team. “I think it is wonderful that the Lady Dragons are the SCC champs this year.” All of Hamden High is proud of the hard work and dedication of the Lady Dragons.
