It’s fall–the perfect season for reading. There are so many diverse books you can discover during this time. However, there are some types of books we don’t want to touch. A genre that most students try to avoid is the ‘classic’ genre. Trust me, I don’t particularly enjoy classics either. Despite the ‘classic’ label, there is one book I really had a fun time reading. This book is called Little Women by Louisa May Alcott. Little Women is about four sisters: Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy. The novel is filled with heartwarming–but also sad–stories involving these sisters in the 1860s. Every sister has a tale of her own, and it’s interesting to see how the story unfolds. There will be a new Little Women movie coming out in November, so make sure to read the book before watching the film!
